The doughnut class is suitable for both beginner and improving bakers.
This class has been designed to help you get to grips with all stages of making show-stopping doughnuts from scratch – including, making the dough, proving and frying. You will also hone your skills in making the filling and decoration for two types of doughnut, one classic filled doughnut and one seasonal glazed doughnut.
