Originally a fermented pork sausage from the region of Calabria in Southern Italy, we adapted the recipe into an unfermented version for use on our pizzas.
Whilst this product requires cooking, it packs all the fiery punch that its traditional counterpart offers.
Perfect added to your stews and ragus's, equally good fried with some eggs for a breakfast of champions.
Ingredients: Pork, paprika, smoked paprika, sea salt.
